Based on heat storage capacity improvement technology, safety blending technology, and zero electric drive energy-saving and emission reduction technology, the low concentration gas extracted from the coal mine with a concentration of less than 8% is mixed with exhaust gas or air to a concentration of 1.0%~1.2% and sent to the thermal storage oxidation device (RTO). The methane and oxygen in the gas are flameless oxidized and burned in a high-temperature environment, and the released energy is recovered by the waste heat boiler. The steam generated by the waste heat is used for heating during the heating season, and drives the steam turbine unit to generate electricity during the non heating season.
