Ionization capture device, also known as ion air purifier, relies on a high-voltage electric field to ionize fine particles (such as smoke, dust, viruses, bacteria) in the air, forming ion clusters, and then capturing or removing them through physical or chemical reactions. Ionizing capture devices are widely used in the treatment of industrial waste gases such as chemical, coking, building materials, metallurgy, ceramics, and automobile exhaust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

System composition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ionization capture system consists of a spray tower, an electric capture tower, and an exhaust device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Spray tower<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It consists of a spray tower, a fire tower, a circulation system (water supply pump, circulation pump, backup pump, and circulation valve group, etc.), and a water gas separator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main part of an ionization trap is the high-voltage electrode, which is composed of a pair of parallel metal plates with a gap in between. Under high pressure, air molecules are ionized into positive and negative ions, a process known as ionization effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ionization trap is also equipped with an intelligent control system inside, which is responsible for adjusting parameters such as voltage and flow rate, and can also monitor ion concentration and filtration effect in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
